Former talk-show host Oprah Winfrey has managed to hold onto her crown for another year, retaining the top spot on Forbes' Entertainment's Highest-Earning Women list. But she's facing some stiff competition in the year ahead.

From May 2010 to May 2011, Queen O earned $290 million, putting her at the peak of her game, followed up by pop powerhouse Lady Gaga with $90 million and Skinnygirl Margarita mix creator and Realhousewives' star Bethenny Frankel at $55 million.While Gaga and Frankel are a fair way behind O, Gaga's meteoric rise over the last two years in the entertainment industry combined with Oprah's flailing OWN cable TV network could see Mother Monster top the list next year.Check out the top 10 here.
