Outrage at Nadya Suleman going on welfare reached a violent peak over the weekend, with an upset member of the public smashing her car window and leaving behind a handwritten death threat.While there are cases both for and against Nadya Suleman receiving welfare from the California State Government to feed her 14 kids (eight of which were born in 2009, hence the moniker 'Octomom'), some people aren't taking too kindly to her receiving the payments.

Reports circulated last week of public outrage over the ability for Suleman to receive welfare in the first place. Given she has 14 kids and reportedly earns less than $119,000 a year, that makes her viable for $2,000 in welfare a month. The money is administered via a closely-monitored debit card and is only to be spent on food.While Suleman is entitled to welfare, people are also entitled to their opinions, as one unhappy member of the public took it to a whole new violent level over the weekend, smashing her car window and leaving a hand-written death threat on the seat.

According to TMZ, Octomom said she heard several strange noises outside her house early Saturday morning -- but brushed them off and went back to sleep. When she got out of bed at 9am, Nadya says her neighbours were at her door... and informed her that her car window had been broken.The hand-written note read: "Leave California or you will die."

Octomom's father filed a police report following the incident, with the investigation ongoing.

SHE SHOULD BE PAID DOUBLE THAT PER MONTH BY THE GOVERNMENT. I think this lady should be applauded for carrying these amazing children in her belly - I think it was 7?? What a miracle!! Amazing - these children were meant to be born no matter what - they are amazing just like there mother.......How sad if she ended there lives!!!! that would have been the biggest mistake!!!! She should be awarded not only for the fact that she gave birth to 7 healthy beautiful children - but she is totally committed to them. So what if the house is a mess and the children don't wear pants.......THEY ARE AT HOME IN THERE HOUSE - they can wear whatever they want - SO WHAT!! This hairdresser is an opportunist and a cow! The house is a mess when people have just 1 child - how much more with 14!!

ReplyI know her through my daugher. She is insane, really. Her 'nannys' do not speak english. She does not speak spanish. The La Mirada house she rented was large but a miserable mess, kids running every where. She is not a good mother, she can't be. She needs therapy
ReplyPosing nude could have worked to her advantage, but I can't believe that she did it for $1000 !! She could have got $100,000 if she had held out and bargained properly. That would have fed them all for a long time. Now all the publications know that they can get her for almost nothing. I blame the doctors in all this. She was stupid to go for IVF, sure, but the doctors hold the ultimate responsibility. Sometimes the so-called experts do things because they CAN, without stopping to wonder if they SHOULD !! Morons !!!
ReplyWell, I got a family of 4 here including 2 kids and make $2200 net a month and I can tell you honestly, we barely make it with our food, bills, rent and maintenance every month and thats because we remain vegetarians for 6 days a week. :( So, my point is 2 grand is nothing for 8 babies and a mother, more like a spat on the face) Give the poor babies and her mom a break will ya
