In an interview with Hello magazine, the 26-year-old new father revealed he was diagnosed with the often debilitating disease after losing 60 per cent of his vision in his right eye.

According to the magazine, just three weeks after the birth of his first child with fiancée Lisa Stelly, Jack was back at the same hospital where his daughter Pearl was born after experiencing a loss of vision in his right eye.

After undergoing tests, the disease was confirmed last month by a neurologist. Jack has spoken out about his diagnosis in hopes of raising awareness of the disease.

Jack, who is known for his love of extreme sports that earned him the family nickname "action man", has said that he will be treating the disease with daily drug therapies, lifestyle changes and holistic therapies.

The reality star and film-maker also revealed that the diagnosis was an emotionally traumatic time for him.

"While I was waiting for the final results, I got really, really angry," he said. "Then I got really sad for about two days, and after that I realised: 'Being angry and upset is not going to do anything at this point, if anything it's only going to make it worse... 'adapt and overcome' is my new motto".

Jack's famous parents, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, were left reeling with the news of their son's disease.

Speaking to the magazine, Sharon said: "I keep thinking: 'What did I do wrong? What did I eat or drink when I was pregnant? I feel like it's somehow my fault."

Ozzy revealed he was angered by the news. "If it was me, you'd think: 'Ozzy had a reputation and it caught up with him', but Jack is such a good guy."

Sadly the same thing happened to my beloved CLIVE BURR ex-drummer of Iron Maiden. It has nothing to do with what you or anyone might have done wrong. Be strong. It all depends the type of MS you have, so don't lose faith and stay positive. Clive's condition debilitated him severely over the years, but his high spirits, strength and positiveness keeps him going. Be strong, the world is with you. Sadly many of us never have the support like celebs, no ears to hear us or feel our pain. Take care.

Regarding Daren Hayes( the "pop star?") Ahh, being gay is unacceptable if the salvos in question are being true to their christian convictions. The next generation (if God allows one!) will say paedophilia is acceptable and the perverts will attack anyone not " up with the times" on that! What a slippery slope so much of the world is on! And it slides right down to hell. Better start siding with God and His true word before its too late Daren.

A pity to hear, all this article really shows though is that the condition is indiscriminate in who it affects, this particular person just happens to be high profile.

this just SUCKS my heart goes out to jack & the whole osbourne clan but i think his age is a good factor here & with the latest medical technology that's coming up maybe things can be done to hasten his condition but on a bright side something good may come of this & the osbourne clan will become advocates for ms research.
