UPDATE
The bartender at the centre of the altercation reportedly has no intention of pursing assault charges against the actor.
"It is our understanding the employee involved in the alleged altercation has chosen to drop all charges against Mr. Cuba Gooding Jr.," said Old Absinthe House spokeswoman Carolyn Pierce. "While we continue to investigate this matter internally, we are hopeful that this will put an end to the matter."

In March of this year, he was accused by three females in Albuquerque, New Mexico, of sexually harassing them in a local bar. The alleged victims all spoke to Jezebel.com and provided photographs of the 44-year-old groping the breasts of one woman ... and then getting attacked by her, as he is seen smiling. "The sexual harassment occurred when women would be taking pictures with him; he would grab butt cheeks during the picture taking and when women reacted negatively to that, he would proceed to either touch women's breasts or tell them that he 'loved them,'" a woman named Sara told the site of the March 1 encounter.
Another woman named Molly said that Gooding Jr. "came up to me, grabbed my face, and kissed my cheek. He asked where I was staying and told me I would be staying with him tonight, making lewd comments about his plans to sleep with me that night. He mentioned that he his happily married with three kids, but 'not tonight.'" The women also claim that the actor punched a man who took a photo of him getting a lap dance that evening. Despite the incriminating photos, Gooding Jr. called the women's claims "bulls--t."
