Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez just can't seem to make up their minds. After the young couple's split went public just a week ago, the pair attempted to reconcile a few days later -- but then, apparently are on the outs again as of Friday night (LA time).

Okay, okay. Who can keep up with these crazy kids? Here's a quick rundown to what Bieber and Gomez have been up to since the breakup.

On Tuesday, Bieber -- apparently not thrilled about being dumped -- landed himself a traffic ticket for speeding around West Hollywood in his Ferrari. He hopped on a motorcycle to show off some more on Wednesday, but then reportedly picked up Gomez from the airport that evening and spent the night with her.

Things must have gone well enough to schedule another date, for the pair were spotted at Los Angeles-area restaurant Yamato together on Friday night. However, the evening went sour almost before it even began. Five minutes after entering, Bieber and an angry-looking Gomez left, taking separate cars.

TMZ reports that Bieber followed Gomez home in his car, but was denied entrance at her gate. As one might imagine, he didn't appear too pleased at this treatment.

Bieber, who has a history of using Twitter to voice cryptic notes pertaining to his relationship, tweeted after the date-gone-awry: "things arent always easy. there is alot of pressure. im figuring it all out. im trying. but i care, i notice, i still hear u. #Beliebers."

As for Gomez, she remained silent about the matter on her social media pages.
