Everybody knows motorbikes are dangerous, and rock star Ozzy just proves that point. He "died twice" after a bike accident left him in a coma for eight days. The accident happened when he hit a pothole and was thrown from his bike, catapulting over the handlebars and tumbling down the hill, closely followed by the bike which landed on top of him, crushing his chest. His bodyguard wasn't going to let him die on his watch though, rushing to Ozzy's aid and administering mouth-to-mouth each time Ozzy failed to breathe. "If it wasn't for Sam I probably wouldn't be here. He had to bring me back to life twice." Ozzy said. The incident had Ozzy face his own mortality. "You are bopping along through life and have your ups and downs, but it is amazing how two or three seconds can totally change your life."
