Robert Downey Jr is without a doubt the ultimate rehab comback kid. He said of his addiction on Oprah in 2004 that he made the decision to get sober after hitting rock bottom "I finally said, 'You know what? I don't think I can continue doing this.' And I reached out for help, and I ran with it. You can reach out for help in kind of a half-assed way and you'll get it and you won't take advantage of it. It's not that difficult to overcome these seemingly ghastly problems...what's hard is to decide to actually do it." Downey has reached new heights in his career since rehab, starring in mega-hits like 'Iron Man', 'Sherlock Holmes', 'Tropic Thunder' and 'The Avengers'. Right now he's promoting the third film in the 'Iron Man' franchise.
