Fewer couples have been more public about their fertility struggles than Giuliana and Bill Rancic, who documented their road to parenthood (and Giuliana’s breast cancer diagnosis and treatments) on their reality show 'Giuliana & Bill'. After announcing earlier this year that they would be using a gestational surrogate, their special delivery finally arrived this week. "The 'Duke' has landed! Edward Duke Rancic was welcomed into the world last night at 7lbs 4oz.," Bill posted to Twitter early Thursday morning. "G & I feel blessed beyond words. We did it!"
