The singer sprang for a breast enlargement after the birth of her daughter (now son) Chaz in 1969, but was left far from happy. "My breast operations were a nightmare," she told People back in 1992. "They were really botched in every way. If anything, they were worse after than before." Despite these battle wounds, she's still determined to carry on as the nip/tuck poster-girl in the fight against ageing gracefully.
