CELEBRITIES' GRAVEST PLASTIC SURGERY REGRETS

David Gest blames his shocking, Joan Rivers-esque face, the product of countless poorly thought-out face-carving procedures on his long entrenched insecurity about his looks. Oh and he says Michael Jackson played a part too in inducing him to go under the knife. Michael Jackson kept saying, "You should have plastic surgery," recalls the concert promoter. "I got my nose done and he said, 'Do more, do more.’ It was stupid." After his last procedure, Gest says he looked in the mirror and "almost fainted. I was so mortified." He doesn't blame Jacko though: "I've been so foolish. I only have myself to blame."
