The former 'Melrose Place' star has stated that her trout pout put her on the map, but Rinna underwent a painful lip reduction in 2010 that left her with 42 (gasp) stitches in her pout! Why? She said her first lip operation went badly, and after two years the hardening silicone had left her pout bumpy.
